Returns, Exchanges, & Damage Claims Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To maintain the highest level of service and fairness for all
our customers, the following terms govern all returns, exchanges, and damage claims.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND TIME CONSTRAINTS
The Buyer may initiate a return for any eligible item within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase
date.
- Condition of Merchandise: To qualify for a refund, the item must be received by the Seller in its original,
undamaged, and unaltered condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage upon arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Limitations: Approved returns will be refunded for the original purchase price only. All original shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
2. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES AND LOGISTICS
- Return Postage: The Buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly
recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Address Accuracy: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the
time of checkout. In the event a package is returned to the Seller due to an "Insufficient Address," "Refused Delivery," or "Incorrect Address" provided by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be liable for
all additional postage costs required to reship the item or any return-to-sender fees incurred.
3. EXCHANGE PROTOCOLS
If you wish to exchange an item for a different selection, please contact us at

seven (7) days of purchase.
- Process: The original item must be returned and inspected before an exchange is processed.
- Cost Allocation: The Buyer is responsible for the return postage of the original item as well as the shipping
costs for the new replacement item. Any price discrepancies between the items must be settled in full prior to the dispatch of the replacement.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS
While we take every precaution to ensure items are securely packaged, damage during transit must be reported within three
(3) calendar days of the delivery date.
- Mandatory Documentation: To initiate a claim, the Buyer must email letbesaid@gmail.com with clear photographic evidence of: (A) the damaged item, (B) the original shipping box, and (C) all interior packing
materials.
- Resolution: Upon verification of the claim, the Seller will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A full
refund or a replacement item will be issued promptly upon the Seller’s receipt and inspection of the damaged goods.
5. FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
To maintain our inventory standards, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for
return, exchange, or store credit:
- Items purchased at a discount, on clearance, or during promotional sale events.
- All custom-made, personalized, or "made-to-order" merchandise.
- Any item returned outside of the designated seven (7) day eligibility window.
6. CARRIER LOSS AND DISPUTES
The Seller is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or misplaced by the mail carrier once the tracking information confirms the package has been "Delivered." In the event of a lost package in
transit (pre-delivery), the Seller will assist the Buyer in filing a claim with the carrier; however, refunds for lost items will only be issued upon the successful resolution of the carrier’s
investigation.
7. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow five
(5) to ten (10) business days for the transaction to be processed by your financial institution after the return has been inspected and approved by our team.
HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN OR CLAIM
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Notification
Send an email to
letbesaid@gmail.com within the designated timeframe (7 days for standard returns/exchanges, or 3 days
for damages). Please include your
Order Number and the
Reason for Return in the subject line.
Step 2: Documentation (For Damages Only)
If your item arrived damaged, please attach the required high-resolution photographs of the item, the shipping box, and all internal packaging to your initial email.
Step 3: Approval & Instructions
Wait for a confirmation email from our team. We will review your request and provide you with either a Return Authorization
Number or, in the case of a verified damage claim, a Prepaid Shipping Label.
Step 4: Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original box (if possible) or a sturdy equivalent. For standard returns, please ensure the item is protected to prevent damage during transit, as the refund is
contingent upon the item’s arrival in original condition.
Step 5: Shipment
- For Standard Returns/Exchanges: Drop the package off at your preferred carrier. We recommend obtaining a
tracking number for your records.
- For Damage Claims: Affix the provided prepaid label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier
location.
Step 6: Processing
Once your package is received at our facility, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to inspect the
merchandise. You will receive an automated email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
